Avalanna has been suffering from brain cancer since she was a baby. The two ate cupcakes, cuddled, played games&nbsp;and sang songs. He even let her touch his hair! This truly was a special moment for Avalanna. Her wish of meeting Justin Bieber had come true. Justin also posted some pictures of them both on his twitter page.
